Perspective Home Inspections

CHUMP 0/5 WARNING!! READ BEFORE YOU CALL! I have never been more upset, disappointed and disgusted by what we walked into after purchasing a home after he "inspected it" obvious things such as rotten flooring, a significant foundation crack. Rotting decking, the downstairs shower drain isnt even hooked up properly draining right into the basement. All so clear you would have to be blind to miss it, someone who knows nothing about homes let alone trained to inspect them would have seen these issues a mile away. See photos below to see how obvious the floor was damaged and other apparent issues. That was also the floor after cleaning the obvious black mold filling and spilling over the cracks in the floor. If you can get John as you home inspector then you know if your home is structurally safe, and it will allow you to make the right decision to either continue your purchase or walk away.

This guy goes above and beyond. Was sceptical about home inspection in this town but this guy was nothing but amazing. He takes you along the inspection with him and explains everything to you and the home owner. Thanks John!

I swear this man is blind...Rotting decking, the bathroom drains are not hooked up and are draining into the basement..Moldy walls and destroyed hardwood flooring... Absolutely disgusted.. 0/5 Stars.
