At 731 Pine Street, and the landlord Viola is very kind and helpful toward the tenants of the apartment, and our move was smooth and successful thanks to her. The issue that I have is with the building. Our unit has had a cockroach infestation since we moved in over 3 months ago. Before this, I had never seen a cockroach in my life. Every time we report concerns there are “treatments” done but this is a temporary fix, and it is not stopping roaches from coming from every crevice in the cupboards, walls, floors, etc. The entire building needs to be treated by exterminators as the issue is within the walls. Putting “treatment” around the apartment is a temporary bandaid on the problem. We were told that nobody else has raised concerns about this but we have seen pest control entering other u

Viola has been awesome, I moved here into a small bachelor a year ago, it had the necessary modern upgrades and was so clean! And now I'm upgrading to a 2 bedroom still here. The price and it being all inclusive is just unmatchable for the standard of apartments they provide
