Personal Touch Property Management

This HOA is a complete joke. They do absolutely nothing for the community except constantly ask for more money and raise fees every year with no clear explanation. The neighborhood is falling apart while the board sits back and does nothing useful. It’s basically a family-owned operation—same people, same last names, same conflicts of interest. Zero transparency, no accountability, and definitely not looking out for homeowners. It feels more like a money grab than a homeowners association. Avoid buying here if you can.

My community has been with Personal Touch Property Management for over a year now. I have to say changing HOA's was concerning reading these google reviews, however I feel in the year plus we have had Personal Touch things are moving along. The community is getting more answers and items taken care of then the previous management company in a timely manner. I do not have any complaints on the service from Personal Touch.

The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL property management company ( family owned) I have ever experienced in my life. This company runs by the owner who controls all the employees and tells them what to do and what t answer to their tenants who live on the property under their management. They love to rise and take the HOA fee every month but bother to fix/ repair the exteriors when they needed to be fixed. They making excuses not to repair any exterior damages. It will take years for them to actually REMEMBER the maintenance was required a year or even longer time ago. Employees working there have no professional knowledge, not working efficiently.

They have been managing our hoa for three plus years now. Professional, honest, great response time, caring and an excellent staff. Doug,the owner is the best. Great job guys.

Absolutely the worst property management to deal with. Every experience with them has been nothing short of a huge disappointment and their level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. I would give 0 stars if I could.
