Park San Dimas Senior Apartments

The maintenance staff is amazing. The management staff is the worst! If you have elderly family members look elsewhere. They are disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. They lie on residents and try to create tension between residents. The clubhouse is locked up at 5pm and the residents don't have access to it until they return to work. They put on an illusion for unsuspecting clients. The front is always maintained while the back of the property is a hot mess. Do your due diligence!!!!

I moved into Park San Dimas in the spring of 2017. The manager Susan Allen is on top of any issues that come up here. She’s always kind & very approachable. She knows each resident by their name. That in itself gives you a good feeling. It’s so peaceful & quiet here. I can finally sleep. Something I couldn’t do at my last apartment. The grounds are well kept. The pool is heated & not crowded. Susan puts on dinners for us at Thanksgiving & Christmas in our beautiful club house. There are many ongoing activities to participate in. It’s pleasant to walk around the grounds in our gated community. It’s very safe here.

Additional Review: 9/27/2024 I have now lived at Park San Dimas for 4 and a half years. It's a great place to live with a great staff. The current manager, Lorraine, has treated me with kindness. She is very responsive and gets things done. The senior maintenance man, Chris, is very capable and friendly. There is a pool, jacuzzi, barbeque, exercise room, clubhouse with a kitchen, laundry facilities, and my favorite amenity (since I do a lot of walking) - a well-kept landscape with lots of trees, bushes, and plants. The apartment complex is conveniently located relatively near many stores I shop, such as Trader Joe's, Sprouts, and Walmart. I thank the staff whole-heartedly! T.M. We’ve lived here for two years. it is safe, clean and Maintenance is outstanding. If we put in service request, which is rare, it’s done very quickly and timely! We love Lorraine in the office she is helpful, kind and professional.

Quiet, friendly neibors beautiful landscaping lovely pool and spa. Spacious clubhouse. Plenty of planned activities. Helpful manager. Susan has resolved minor issues quickly and fairly. She is very energetic and keeps her focus her entire shift. She is very good at what she does. I love this place!!
