Personal Mini Storage Management Company

Horrible customer service. Not willing to work with reimbursing any late fees . Even during pandemic fees keep accruing and they REFUSE to give me supervisor to handle problem. Very rude and insurance lied. Tornado hit unit and they rished me to a claim saying it could be modified, when i cound mildew everywhere they refused to ammend claim AND STILL LOCKED me out of my unit now threatening auction and i have no christmas for my children because i can't access my belongings. After 2 yrs of needing my units this is Unacceptable service at such a high rate. Roaches and mildew! Very upset customer! I have tried to remedy this since september and still no results except pay everything or lose it

My biggest issue with this company is poor communication with the customer and inability to resolve simple issues on site. Local staff is never in the office, or answer phones throughout the day. My whole experience for the last three years was frustrating. Will never use this facility brand again.

I love this place the managers are a very nice and helpful couple (SORRY IM NOT GREAT WITH NAMES). The places is very clean and safe so far and I would highly recommend this place to anyone that would like to be treated like a human being when trying to get a storage place. One of the only places still doing parking storage.

I rented a Uhaul truck sand this location was convenient. Although it's hard to find at first, its still in a good spot
