Perse Apartments

My roommate and I just moved in to our new apartment here at Perse. Dan and Amy did an AMAZING job getting us set up and prepared with all the essentials for a smooth move in. We could not be more impressed and excited to be here. Thank you!

My wife and I had an amazing experience touring the apartments with Dan Keeney. He was knowledgeable about the community and apartments. We saw both the two and three bedroom options. He stayed late to help us as we had no appointment. Also the work getting done within the area is impressive.

I came in today without an appointment hoping to get a tour. Sandra was very welcoming and answered any questions that I had regarding the complex. She informed me of all the new up and coming improvements to the property and gave me all the time I needed to walk through the unit and take down my notes. I appreciate Sandra for being so kind and easy to talk to.

Sandra was super friendly from the first moment. He showed me the apartment with a lot of patience, answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout the tour. It shows that he cares about helping and that he does his job with dedication. I totally recommend it 🤍✨

Angel in maintenance has consistently been outstanding. He is always professional, polite, and genuinely friendly. Every time he helps, he communicates clearly, works efficiently, and shows great respect. It’s reassuring to know someone so reliable and courteous is taking care of maintenance needs.
