Think twice before purchasing a Perry home. Like many families, owning your dream home has been something we have worked hard to achieve. Unfortunately, our experience with Perry Homes was a complete disaster. As a military family, we took great care to clearly communicate our expectations to avoid any misunderstandings. However, our frustrations began almost immediately after the foundation was poured. The master bedroom shower was misplaced therefore, the plumbing was incorrectly installed. In order to fix it, the foundation had to be compromised. The lack of supervision and knowledge from the construction staff was concerning.
