Perry Homes - Stevens Ranch 55'

The quality of the craftsmanship is very poor. I witnessed contractors drinking on the job, and Perry Homes did nothing to address it when it was reported. The construction managers were either unresponsive, dismissive, or outright difficult to work with. I dealt with three different CMs, and each one was disappointing in their own way. I also had to fight for basic warranty work, and I know I’m not alone—many neighbors have experienced the same issues. Several problems we’ve encountered should never happen in a new home. For the investment and trust placed in a home builder, this level of oversight and professionalism is unacceptable.

I love Perry Homes and my clients love them too. Recently, got one of my relocation buyers under contract with them. The process was very easy. The homes are already equipped with great features such as solid countertops, spacious living areas, open concept. Perry Homes build knowing Texas weather and lifestyle. They build all around San Antonio and this particular community , Stevens ranch is a master planned community offering their homeowners walking distance to school, shopping and restaurants. This is one of the fastest growing area in the far northwest side of San Antonio. This community is close proximity to Lackland AFB, Citibank. Think about it like a city of its own with a great builder in mind. Perry homes offers different floor plans to choose offering a variety of lot choices

My family's experience with Steven's Ranch and Perry Homes has been incredibly frustrating, disappointing and in layman's terms, a nightmare. From the getgo, the designing process was beset with out of stock situations and limited selections. The final construction of the home was riddled with mistakes, from faulty caulking, unfinished paint jobs, broken doorknobs, scratched glass, and MAJOR plumbing issues (namely, a leak in one shower that spilled into a closet and soiled the carpet of a whole bedroom.) Please, if you're considering moving in, turn away and save yourself from an incredibly expensive nightmare.

I was exceptionally impressed with Marlen Hernandez and her knowledge, expertise and overall disposition during our visits. I would gladly recommend Perry Homes to anyone because our experience with Ms. Hernandez.
