Perry Heights Apartments

Just shy a few days of a year I will be celebrating my 1st year with this complex. This is the very first time that I’ve lived on my own myself and my boys. Adjusting to the responsibilities alone has been scary yet It’s been a Blessing. Management has been top tier with attending to my needs. Recently had an incident with the winds sending debris down on my only vehicle. Panicking about the damage I immediately contacted the front office. Needless to say once again Understanding, willing to help in anyway, & patience is what I received. Front Office & the Maintenance Team are A1. Thank you deeply Perry Heights!

Such a smooth process! From the showing to the application to moving in was great! I'm so glad I chose Perry Heights as my new home :)

New management has better service for interior problems but there's garbage everywhere and it doesn't get cleaned often. Update, new management are total jerks. Changed the payment option with only a couple days notice with NO grace period. Taking advantage of hard working people trying to get by. Also, all of a sudden they spammed google with good reviews. What a coincidence that 13 people reviewed the place in 2 days after 6 months with 1 review.

My rent was pretty affordable for a 3 bedroom. I was okay with the complex, until I noticed there were bats living in a hole on my balcony( building 2 specifically APT 221). I complained for over 6 months and nothing was done . They would respond and act like they were making arrangements to fix it, but no help was sent . They finally sent someone, and they just put something in the whole to keep them out. They were then suppose to move me into another unit and that never happened either . Too many changes to the leasing agents and alot of miscommunication. I moved out, and they have been charging me rent for the following two months. I didn’t figure that out, until I noticed I had a court date a week later . They filed an eviction for me when I had clearly moved out because my lease was u

A tree branch crashed my windshield, and what I paid to have it replaced, the complex was nice enough to deduct it from my rent. Thanks Perry Heights
