Not sure why there’s a negative review about Martin the realtor. I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with him and this company. He looked into my needs and found apartments specific to what I asked for. Our credit isn’t the best so the fact that he could find multiple places in a limited time, was super attentive and would respond as late as 11 AM, shows how great he is. Look forward to fixing up my credit and purchasing a home through him! Thanks again Martin

I rented an apartment from Evelin Perlera in 2021 and she hasn't returned the security deposit on the apartment. I have video evidence of the clean condition of the apartment after I moved out and Evelin is refusing to respond to any of my communications. Buyers and renters beware.
