I wish I could escape this hell hole, If you’re in a HUD apartment you will notice very quickly how blatantly obvious their hate is towards you. They never fix anything, everything in this apartment is broken and falling apart, its been literal years and they keep coming to look at things and then do absolutely nothing! We also have been having problems with our neighbors for a year now, its 2:30 am and I have once again been kept awake from her screaming. I have busted my ass doing everything the office asked and have received nothing but the run around and push back. They claimed to have tried phoning the noisy neighbors, claim to have sent a formal letter and instructed us to phone the police, I have called the cops 4 times now and its done nothing! Brandywyne village is the best place to live in Massachusetts. I have been living here for 4.5 years. I am so pleased with the wonderful staff for their professionalism. Whenever I need a service for my apartment a work order is submitted with the help of a nice staff member in the office and immediately my request is satisfied. Everyone here is a such hard working employee. My love language is kindness and here at Brandywyne village every single person is absolutely kind and respectful towards me. The all village is so clean, well maintained and definitely safe. I am not planning to move out anytime soon. So please make plans to move here at Brandywyne village and see for yourself. Claire

Management had a third party seal all holes around the complex without any sort of notice of what day it would be happening for individual buildings. My indoor/outdoor cat has possibly suffocated underneath one of these sealed buildings. I am devastated and emotionally drained. My cat has never went missing, in 19yrs and just as they decided to fill holes he is gone! I should’ve been warned to keep him inside on certain days, no notice was given. Also had relatives apply for apartments just to find out a whole year later that their applications were mishandled and never put into the system. After numerous calls unreturned I went into the office just to find out oops too bad so sad you’ll have to wait another 4 yrs to reapply!!!

I applied here back in June 2025, however my application did not get approved. It is now the end of September 2025 and my $500 refund has not arrived yet. Every time i go to the office is always closed.

Brandywyne is a great place to live! Quiet, peaceful, clean. Maintenance 24/7 in one call! Maria is the best Office manager! Very knowledgeable, professional and easygoing person. Thank you very much!
