Period Realty Trust

I have lived at a Period Realty property for over ten years and it has been a delightful experience. The property is well maintained and if a problem does occur, the response is very prompt and professional. The neighborhood is pleasant, friendly and safe. The support staff is wonderful to deal with, especially Christina and Marsha. Also, the maintenance staff are very professional and friendly. Just to name a few, Mike, Rob and Nick. Just a wonderful place to live.

I have lived in a Period Realty property for many years. The property is extremely well maintained and on very rare occasions when an issue has arisen, it has been dealt with very professionally and promptly. Period has a low number of staff which has enabled them to maintain 'reasonable' rents in Concord for many years - a rarity in itself. All my dealings for a long time with Christina and Marsha have been a joy and both have gone to extra length to assist my wife and me.

So far my experience has been great. Neighbors are friendly, and the apartment is nice. Every time I have called Christina I have received and answer. Not to emails, but I also work at a job where I get 100+ emails a day, so I get it. I think people are confusing the rentals number with the office number. If they read the informational packet that Christina gives it is very self explanatory. She made our move in process quick and easy!

Others leaving reviews have called the property manager rude. I would not necessarily say that she is rude, but she just has way too much work to do. It seems like other companies might hire 3-5 employees to do what they are expecting from this one. As a result, it is like a lottery to try and get through to speak to someone. You might get lucky one day, but then you try almost every day for many days and get nothing. They say they will call you and then don't call you. I know it's a competitive apartment market in the area, so they probably don't care, all they need is to get customers to rent their properties. So don't expect them to have time for you. Really negative experience. Happy to remove the review if my experience ever changes. I keep trying to contact them.

They are absolutely one of the best realty companies in the state. Some people just don't understand that things take time and people want everything right away. Everyone feels entitled but everything I've ever asked them for has been taken care of. Any complaints or any issues I had were resolved immediately. One time a gentleman named Jim called me who ended up being one of the best guys I've ever spoken to. He was very professional and accommodating and when he told me he was going to do something it got done immediately. Thank you period For being the best
