Amy Barrett and her colleague, Kim, sold my house in Concord (closed this week!). It wasn't practical to stage the house so Amy and Kim improvised and worked with what was there, adding some elements - they really made everything look great. I've worked with realtors before that are quick to give instructions. Amy and Kim didn't do that- instead THEY took care of many details that other realtors might have delegated to me. . I am so grateful for the hard work that went into preparing, showing, and closing...all this in the midst of the worst snowstorm in years. Amy was outstanding - very smart, knowledgable, pleasant to work with. Never thought I'd say that realtor's fee was money well spent.....but it was!! Highly recommended!

They offered no data to prove that the changes they were making to the home would increase its value. It was all "look at the homes we sold, of course we'll make a difference." There were inaccuracies in the listing. I would bet the house sold for less than it could have.
