Treat Amazon employees better. You literally heard me knocking on the door to get out of the leasing office from the inside. I saw you close the door and pretend not to hear me. If I was in the market for a new apartment, I wouldn’t rent from you based on that experience alone.

I have been living here for a year and since I am buying a property I need to move out but I have nothing bad to say about this complex. It’s safe, quiet, maintenance requests get done the following day, they clean the hallways every months or so. They do allow pets but they do an amazing job at keeping the building clean. It also has a gate that never broke down in the entire year I was living here.

Do not rent an apartment from here. The apartments are nice for the price and community is quiet for the most part but management is terrible and not helpful at all. My packages have been stolen twice from here with no resolution. Only response I received is you have to call the company that sent the package. I have gnats really bad in my apartment and i requested service from that and nothing. I regret resigning my lease but I will be out as soon as I can. Vehicles have been broken into in this gated community, several in one night. The quality of these apartments and community have gone downhill. The worst of it is the squeaking floorboards and noise from neighbors. I have complained several times regarding the noise and nothing is done. I've let them know that from the neighbor my light

Management was friendly, but there was definitely lack of progress from them. I had requested when I moved in to fix broken tiles in my bathroom, which in over a years time was never fixed. Very noisy, I had to buy noise cancelling earphones to get through the year, creaking floors and I was able to constantly hear my neighbors talking. Complex and facilities look like they’ve seen better days, and could definitely use an upgrade, especially if being marketed as luxury apartments. The surrounding area was decent and felt safe, was really nice having the park across the street.

We have lived here for a few years and it once was a wonderful place to call home. This is not the case since Sentinel took over managing the property. The elevators are ALWAYS down. Unfortunately, I have had issues with exposed nails and my windows leak and we have moisture issues. They say call us and we will help but when you call they are busy or say they will. All you back and never do. These issues span back to 2024. A company came out to say 4 of the 6 windows must be replaced and as you see it’s still unsolved. Please do not move here if you want a quality living experience. The management company is a JOKE!!!
