Perennial Apartments

The main draw of this building is the location. The elevator has had numerous breakdowns which is an inconvenience. The elevator is the only way to access the first-floor entrance, mailboxes, package room and gym. When the elevator is out, the only exits are via the 2 stairwells that lead out to the back parking lot, thus if you are arriving with packages you will need to go around back and walk up the stairs with your packages or go around to the front to access mail or package room. The elevator makes a lot of noise and can give you an uneasy feeling, a breakdown could probably occur in the future, and needs general repairs and deep cleaning, the common areas could use a deep cleaning also. The app enabled security entrance also has some issues; you will need your keys and FOB. Ther

Made an appointment no one showed . After half hr i got a call. The agent came to show the apt. VERY dated. Elevator was loud. Seemed like it was on its last leg. Halls full of scuff marks. There are so many initial fees that are attached. The best part was they are turning it into condos so u make get kicked out in a year.

Amazing hotel walking distance from the downtown and the great restaurants of Saratoga. We had the suite with the 2 bedrooms (2 adults/3kids) and it was Amazing. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The room were spotless with towels, soap, tissues... we enjoyed 3 wonderful nights. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends and Family.

No longer a hotel.. Now an extended stay residence.. Beautiful decor and relaxing atmosphere.

Beautiful, even the pullout couch bed was very comfortable. Cannot think of any negatives about this hotel or its restaurant, Fish. The food was delicious.
