Peppertree Village Apartments

I moved in six months ago, and my experience here has been nothing short of excellent. Susan has been incredibly accommodating and patient, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs are met. The maintenance team is outstanding—prompt, professional, and thorough in addressing any concerns. Their dedication to maintaining a well-functioning and pleasant community is truly commendable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed living environment.

Great place to live, great neighborhood. Only one issue... I’ve noticed a decline in the lawn care quality over time. Specifically, the area outside the entrance of 141 Peppertree—which has become overgrown with tall, untamed weeds. Mint was planted there by a previous tenant, but she left years ago, it just spreads out of control and looks very neglected. The bushes also go untrimmed, which adds to the unkempt appearance. Overall, the landscaping used to be much better maintained a few years ago, and it’s a bit disappointing to see the decline.

I needed a to find a first floor apartment for my elderly mother and had been passing by Peppertree Village Apartments for a few years. From the first call I had with the Property Manager (Susan), until I turned in the keys for my mom, I and my mom were treated with respect, understanding and compassion. The apartment was perfectly located for my mom, quiet, and well maintained. Maintenance was very responsive and Susan worked with me during a very challenging time in a way that was A 1 class! If you are looking for a great apartment short or long term, I highly recommend this apartment complex. Susan, I and my family thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

I called into the office to talk to Sue and was treated very well by the new property manager, Alex. He was very helpful, friendly, and professional. He will definitely be an asset to the property. Sue will be missed and I wish her luck with her new position.

The property manager Sue Dobmeier is the BEST! When I first moved into Peppertree there was no property manager but ever since Sue has been here she does everything in her power to know residents, listen to concerns and really make you feel important! The maintenance supervisor Dennis is also very accommodating and goes the extra mile to help us residents out. The neighborhood is quiet, close to North UB campus/other stores and safe. After being here 3 years I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else!
