Peppertree VA Apartments

We moved here about 5 months ago. Process simple. The office was very helpful. We did a walk through and what i noted was taken care of immediately. Any work order taken care of timely. The appartment is nice not totally new but still nice and everything works. That is what matters most.

I can’t say enough good things about the maintenance team here at Peppertree Apartments Every request submitted has been handled quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. The team is always friendly and respectful when they enter apartments, and they take the time to explain what they’ve fixed. What really stands out is their consistency — whether it’s a small issue like a leaky faucet or something bigger like an appliance repair, they show up promptly and get it right the first time. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about keeping the community in great shape. Thanks to the maintenance staff, living here is stress-free. Very nice community area to live in. My kids enjoy the pool during summer, basketball area and tennis court. It has a gym and laundry areas. It’s pet friendly. Just very few issues with equipment but once reported the maintenance team will fix it right away. Angel and Tonya are always willing to help with any issues.

Peppertree always has quick responses for taking care of any maintenance issues when we need to submit a maintenance request! We had heating issue this morning and maintenance came to apartment in reasonable amount of time after maintenance request was sent online. They fixed the issue. Pilot light was out and now back in business! Thank you Peppertree 👍🏻😊

It seems that you only show 5 stars. I know many people that have moved out of here because of problems with the apartment. The rent is extraordinarily high for what these apartments are, they're very old, and they're just too much. The owners promised when they bought the place that they would be on top of things and fixed things but that was not the case. I've seen people move in and move right back out within a couple of months. The place has roaches they are really bad and I didn't have roaches for years until these owners took over. I will give the maintenance crew 4 🌟 🌟🌟🌟
