I moved into Peppertree Inn late 2021 and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire property. The grounds have been meticulously maintained, with great landscaping and pathways that make every walk enjoyable. Beyond the aesthetic appeal, the overall atmosphere of the community has always been warm and welcoming. My neighbors are friendly and considerate. Ivan and Clifton from maintenance have been incredibly prompt and efficient. Any requests I've made have been handled swiftly, and Madison the property manager truly goes above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction and is commited to providing a comfortable and memorable living experience. This apartment complex was recommended by my brother in law. I moved from Houston on July 1st 2024 and have been living at Peppertree Inn since and I couldn't be happier! The management team is always friendly, responsive. I love the events that management has throughout the year for the residents, goes to show they genuinely care for the community. Maintenance requests are handled quickly - usually within a day! BIG shout out to Madison, Gabbi, Ivan and Clif. My apartment itself is spacious and has a nice good sized balcony. The neighbors are respectful and friendly, which adds to the sense of community here. The complex is clean, quiet and well maintained. Parking is convenient. I love the greenery. The staff is so helpful and maintenence is quick. Apartment pricing is not ridiculous, its a really good deal. Cute and quaint kitchen, affordable on unit laundry and as well as a variety of options. No pet rent (afar from the initial deposit) and free covered parking is perfect as well!

I’ve been living at these apartments for 3 years now and I love it! It’s very peaceful and in close proximity to a lot of places in Lubbock. Highly recommend!
