Pepper Tree Heights Apartments

Property manager Christi Merrill is one of the best managers we have had. Christi would bend over backwards to help us out any way she can. The building does have some issues but Christi keeps her eyes out and takes care of it ASAP.

I am back I'm so happy I love Amherst I miss it

People here love to start problems out nothing. Drama city! The Building Need to be updated in and out! No fan in bathroom. stove oven have nothing over it like fan or anything. Stove/oven Itself is small as heck.. the kitchen is really out dated and the wall cabinets look like an animal got to them. Not a lot kitchen space to cook. Don't care about fire hazards yet this place is a hud place. I don't know how. Hallways are weird and small. Depressing place to live at The building give off nursing home energy. Management is a joke, nobody knows what they are doing and managers don't stay around for long. They does rent change 2 times a year and that is not legal to do !

Pros it's in Amherst neighborhood. Price is good. Apartment small. Maintenance is spotty. Manager is terrible. Charges fees with out telling you to your account. Write ups with no proof. Snake in the grass.

I am glad to be here with reasonable neighbors and calm surroundings. The management is nice. The maintenance is spot on with any need for repairs as well as groundskeeping, this is a wonderful safe environment.
