Pepin Realty is an excellent Realtor. Mike Pepin did an exceptional job of assisting us with good comparables so we were able to price our home to sell at a good number. The first family who saw our home made a full price offer on it within four days and we closed about four weeks later. A total of six persons saw our home within the first two weeks of the listing. Mike and his staff were very helpful through the entire process by keeping us informed of what needed to be done and facilitated completion of the necessary documentation efficiently ensuring a smooth closing. Everything was handled in a friendly and effective manner.

My wife had the pleasure of working with Joyce for over three years. It took a while, but we finally found the perfect Florida home.
