I'm extremely disappointed in this place. I've lived here for about 15 months. Issues from the very beginning. But I won't nitpick about the "small things" like cockroaches, leaking windows or a ceiling fan that have all remained an issue for 15 months. I want to focus on why I'm moving. My unit is directly next to the laundry room. I have a replacement hip and lung issues, so physical activity is a challenge for me. Yet THREE times since October my unit has been flooded due to various pipe issues in the laundry room. My kitchen and living room get flooded, my belongings destroyed, and nobody cares. This last incident (last weekend) I had to call 911 and get the fire department to clamp the pipe to stop the gushing water coming through the wall into my apartment! They then spent

When it rains you will be flooded. I got pneumonia from the bacteria. I lived there for one year. Prior to the new manager. My lease allowed smoking but my room mate refused and I agreed. I followed my lease. The new manager evicted me. I could have taken him to a higher court but I was getting sicker by the day. It put me in the hospital twice. Be very aware.

Kyle j is the manager . He decided to tell me that i can not smoke here. The problem is that my lease from the former management company says it is allowed. I refused to lie to him and told him that i would follow my lease. He evicted me after months of arguing about the issue. I am disabled and terminal with copd. Not from smoking but from being homeless and staying near the drake power plant. I smoke about 4 cigarettes a day. So his answer was to evict. Flooding is common and you can see the black mold in the ceiling. The bathroom ceiling fell in and exposed me to even more asbestos and mold. Im filing a civil suit through my attorney will see how this one goes. Kyle is the worst manager i have ever known.

I've lived here for long time..(17 yrs)...in an apartment complex...I know, I know...but, the owners actually care, and the manager (Kyle) are absolutely AMAZING! We've had issues that past managers bypassed, or "put a band-aid" on...these people care about the residents and found the "root" of the problem..THEN they actually FIXED IT! I will definitely be hitting up some friends looking for a place and recommend The Springs Apartments. 10/10 for sure!

The new management is amazing! Everyone went above and beyond for us. Macenia, Diana, and Kim all worked hard to get us into a beautiful spacious apartment and gave our family a place to call home. Our neighbors are welcoming and gracious making it a community.
