Lived there years ago better measure furniture in every room if have a upstairs unit can’t get through doirway
This place has to be the crappiest place to live in Pennsauken. Poor maintenance, mice and it seems like nothing works properly. My tub started shedding paint in less than a year of me being there. You can’t have an AC on and use your microwave or anything really without shutting off the AC or the power goes out. And no you don’t have access to the panel. You have to get ahold of maintenance. You’ll regret signing the lease a week in.
Had the opportunity to live here & this place has been very nice & easy process & they are very on top of maintenance. The neighborhood is very quiet & calm.
LOVED my Time at Penn Gardens..as a recently-moved resident, for about 3 Years , Never really had issues, Quite , management/front office is Fair, professional & understanding. Issues get fixed & maintenance team is great
I have been living at Penn Gardens Apartments for 10 years... Peace and Quiet nice community here the staff always on top of issues I have.. Enjoy living here.. Carlton Green
