This is the most unprofessional landlord I've ever dealt with.hes worse then the worse slum lord you've ever dealt with..nothing works properly and he literally takes months to fix anything. We just with out a stove in our apt for 4 months..literally no exaggeration 4 months.we currently don't have a working shower in our unit.this is the second wk with out a shower.do you know how frustrating it is to get off work and take a proper shower.the ethical system is out dated and will randomly go out on you.it takes hrs to get a hold of some one to turn it back on.i once had to literally call the police to get my power turned back on.its infested with roaches and mice...the list goes on..keep in mind I'm not a disgruntled tenant who's being evicted.i pay my rent every month on time in Cash and

After taking my money and not allowing me to see the place till it was ready to move in he gave me keys to a bando with the old tenants stuff still in and the place smelled horrible, feces everywhere when you see the video you might throw up!!! Then when I asked for a different spot he told me nothing was available which I find hard to believe!!! Then refused to give me my money back!!! Also after doing patch job and refusing to get the fridge he promised I got nothing but threats and horrible treatment!!! I have all the proof of what this man put me thru and he needs to be held accountable for his actions!!!! I can’t post the video but here are the pictures

Gary and his staff are amazing. They genuinely care for their residents. When there is an issue they are in top of it.
