Penn Arbors Apartments

My Mom just moved back from Florida. She was so nervous because she's older and that's a big move at her age! Mary was AMAZING!! She walked her threw everything. She helped her. Any question she had, Mary answered. Penn Arbors is the perfect little community that she needed and is very happy there. I feel safe knowing she is there and Mary is so helpful!!! Thank you 😊

I saw an ad for Penn Arbors so I called and Mary said "Come in and fill out an application!!" Less than hour I was signing all the paperwork and 3 days later she handed me a key!!! She is so pleasant and very professional, she made it so easy for me and what an awesome personality!! I love my new apartment and I enjoy meeting all the other residents, they all are so nice and made me feel so much at home!!! Mary is the absolute best at her job ! She a diamond in the ruff who makes the ruff like a palace!!!! 10 stars to Mary!!! Thank you soon sooo much!!!

I'm a new resident of penn arbor. Mary is an exception manger. She has been on top of my needs. She is people friendly. Always makes sure your needs are met. Looks out when she knows of things you need. Will help you within her means without hesitation. You have the best manger doing her job and looks the clients as well.

Penn Arbor was a great place for my mother when she moved from Arizona. It was a one of the better Senior Buildings that I looked at prior to her coming her. Mary is the best and goes above and beyond for everyone no matter what. Mary was always available when my mother or myself needed any information. She would always make herself available to go over anything that we needed especially after she got sick and I wasn't sure what I should be doing. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place for themselves or family members. I can never thank them enough for everything they did for my mom.

Penn Arbors is a great building. The biggest reason I am happy that I moved here is the manager Mary!! The building is always kept clean, Mary is always going out of her way the help the residents. She also is great about planning and preparing events. With 125 apartments, all different personalities and needs, I am amazed at how she can keep up and still always have a warm smile and a very genuine welcoming hello for everyone.
