The Pendleton Mill Lofts apartment complex is located optimally between Anderson and Clemson University. The complex is new, clean, and quiet. From initial tour, the team worked diligently with me to move into an apartment ASAP. Overall, the staff are very friendly and competent. Caleb is an intelligent and accommodating employee. He values resident satisfaction and hospitality; he’s welcoming and helpful. Additionally, he is a natural problem solver. Management is accommodating and expeditiously resolved both a maintenance request and a noise complaint. Management will commonly respond to emails after hours or immediately the following day.
I recently moved cross country to Pendleton Mill Lofts. The staff, in particular Caleb, have been so accommodating. Communication A++++. I am so happy to call Pendleton Mill Lofts my new home. Great place, great staff.
Gorgeous property and a wonderful team! Highly recommend anyone looking for a community with a lot of potential to check them out.
These will be very nice apartments.
