Falls at Meehan Apartments

Checked around Pendleton and Anderson for apartments. This was my favorite. So glad I chose "Falls @ Meehan"! Great experience with staff getting started with the process. First time renting so I had alot of questions with great answers. Thanks to Abby and the staff for all of your help. Friendly, clean, beautiful area. Love the b way it is well lit at night! Landscape is beautiful. Very nice pool area and exercise room. Walking around the complex is nice with sidewalks and large roadways surrounding. 2 bed, 2 bath apartments with laundry room are modern and roomy to have storage in place. If you are looking for a safe place for you and your fur baby - DEFINITELY LOOK FURTHER !!!! On now TWO occasions i have found thick sharp glass at the dog park. I notified the complex the first time, as it went through my shoe, and had to explain multiple times where it was… Then was never notified that anything was found until I reached out again, when the lease was then shoved in my face that they couldn’t ensure all glass was found. As this second time rules around - the one star is for them shutting the dog park down to actually do something this time! And when I do not utilize the park, I walk my dog off property where there is a heavy homeless population that will approach you. If you’re looking for a safe complex, this is not it. Bedroom and living room constantly smells like weed because the druggie down below us sits on his balcony smoking pot every morning, afternoon, and evening. Other than that the apartments are wonderful, but when I can't sit in my living room or have people over without them noticing it because he can't go for more than a few hours without it the score really starts to go down. The office comes up with a story about a weed smoker a quarter of a mile away and the wind carrying it over every single day, 3x a day. $1800 a month and half the apartment and balcony are unlivable. Not a good place to raise a family.

I love this apartments, it has nice interior, the only problem we’re experiencing is that the guy below us, he keeps having weed day and nigth and the smell of the weed is so strong its giving me headache all the time. Please calling the attention of the management to take action to it.I don’t want it to affect our health.

I have rented here since they first became available in November. This place is nothing short of great! Safety can always be a concern when living in an apartment, and I am so thankful to live in a complex and feel so safe. It is well lit at night, there is an officer on staff available at any time as well. Abby and Heidi have always been so helpful with any concern and made the rental process so smooth. Their maintenance team does checkups also for preventative measures which I love. Highly recommend!
