Good place overall. It’s calm, comfortable, and the staff is helpful and responds when you need them.

Not worth the rent! 2 years ago I was paying $690 in rent for my 2 bed 1 bath. I have been here for 3.5 years now. The carpets were old and the interiors aren't that pretty but definitely worth $690. Even worth $780 after they increased it. However they are increasing it yet again, my totals are now $1,300. Car break in's happen almost every night here, someone WILL steal your package ALWAYS, there are no security cameras anywhere. They do one of the worst jobs at moving snow or salting sidewalks. Hallways are rarely vacuumed. The building reeks of cigarettes on the weekends. Trash! Do not recommend, rent is too high.

So far, my experience here has been wonderful. From the moment i came in and spoke to Holly about floor plans and rent prices all the way up to signing my lease and moving in. I love that my apartnent is on the ground level and my patio faces the parking lot. It made it sooooo easy to move in. I do wish, however, that there were more washers and dryers in the laundry rooms. Dylin is VERY wonderful to work with and addresses any issues i have had at all. Holly is sweet and really takes the time to find out what you truly want in your home. Rent is great for the area and close to everything imaginable. So far, so good here

An honest review covering most of the aspects of the Penbrooke Place Apartments after living here for 7 months. The Building: The buildings are slightly dated but don't look too old. Building access is either by the given key or a dial pad located at one of the doors that can be programmed to call your phone to let people in. The hallways usually seem dirty but are cleaned occasionally. The Room: The rooms are also key access with a standard deadbolt. The rooms were pleasantly cleaned and had slightly dated appliances that worked fine. The patio is a nice size (12' x 4.5') but could be small if you had a group of people over. I haven't had any issues with noise from my neighbors and the walls do a decent job of dampening noise. *Note: The 3rd floor rooms have a vaulted ceilings and a woo

WORST LANDLORD EVER!!! we are a military family that lived in this place for few years, until the ARMY moved us to another state. long story short, the office managers didn't tell us all the details before we left what lead us to get in trouble with the law, and could've lead to effect our credit score and taking our property. in addition to that they kept lying to us over and over again and make us pay the bills for months that we didn't leave in the apartment anymore. they kept saying that they tried to help us and called the energy companies a lot and when we called to verify it the energy company said they only called once or twice (so pretty much agreed with us about they being a liars ) and they didn't do anything to help us. now we finding ourselves paying bills for energy that we d
