Pembroke Pines Landings Apartments

We have lived here for about four years and our experience has been great. The staff is always warm and welcoming. Allison and Joyce are truly delightful and they make every interaction feel easy. The maintenance team is professional and efficient(C.T is my all time fave). They always get the job done and they do it with care. This community has been a comfortable place to call home and we appreciate the people who help keep it that way.

12/15/25 Living at Landing Apartment has been one of the worst housing experiences my family has ever had. We moved in back in March and were living in a second-floor unit. We have a child with autism. Instead of showing understanding or offering reasonable accommodations, management sided with a complaint from the downstairs neighbor and forced us to relocate, even though we never asked to be moved. We accepted the change respectfully and in good faith. Now, instead of supporting us through this transition, management is rushing and pressuring us to move out immediately and return the keys. According to the office staff, the manager is upset because we are still in the apartment since it was supposedly already rented to someone else, which has only increased the pressure on us. This si

Pembroke Pines landing was initially recommended by my coworker when I was desperately looking for a place to call home. I was extremely impressed with how beauty of the community my tour. I didn’t have to make any down payment; just paid the processing fee and the rent, this was a life saver. I highly recommend the community of Pembroke Pines Landing to all and sundry who needs a warm welcoming environment to call home. Thank you.

I love it here but the only major issue I have is the people over here get up early to smoke weed. It’s so annoying; paid way too much to be dealing with that nonsense. And the parking is getting worse.

Terrible.Rent is over 2,000 for a 1 bed 1 bath unit and you can't even go outside and sit on the stairs or go for a walk. The front office is terrible and always emailing people for every little thing. The Maintenance team always snitching as well.
