My Experience with Pemberly Palms Apartments hasn’t been that great, the office staff is very cocky and rude but the office manager Keisha is so nice and very friendly, she’s easy to talk to at all times , she definitely does get the Job done and she cares for the People that live in this community. I have spoken to Carmen on so many occasions and Emily regarding a maintenance request , which they say they will put me in the system call back to check on the request, Come to find out that my request has not been put in the system on numerous occasions, just not professional at all to treat the people that live in this community like this. Carmen always sounds like she has an attitude when she answers the phone as well as Emily they both act like they don’t want to be bothered when you cal

I believe the management and staff do their best to fulfill their responsibilities. I have been in my current unit since 2009 and the Current management has been highly responsive. I would only ask that a street light be Erected near the parking area by the laundry building for security purposes. Otherwise, all is well and I am happy to be here!

I love Pemberly Palms. I never experience such efficiency in complex before like this. The staff is awesome and the warm and helpful experience I received before and after my move in. I never experience this ever before. They are right on top of things when your work order in entered; no long waiting they are there. I love my new home and I tell a lot of people about Pemberly Palms and my awesome experience. One more thing I just want to thank you all for a special like Mrs. Michele, because she is awesome and last but least your awesome maintenance man BJ.Those 2 are the 2 I've my greatest experience. Very peaceful, outside is always keeps nicely clean,. I recommend 5 stars!!!

Great place to live. Soon attention after every situation. Great administration, very kind and always at hand. As I always say, we feel home and very happy here
