Property Manager Roe and Property Assistant Rachel are amazing. Their customer service is top-tier—friendly, professional, and always helpful. This is a great place to live, and the pond is beautiful. Being able to fish right here is such a nice bonus. Highly recommend living here!f

Pelican Pointe Has been a wonderful place to stay every time I have issues with my maintenance. They are pretty on top of it, especially with Crystal. She has been a godsend Whenever I think you have something last minute and I catch her outside she’s always very happy and very pleasant to work with and she’s always very efficient. Overall, the community is pretty good. I love my apartment for the most part. It’s very spacious. My son loves being here. We have no issues with him playing outside and with my dog being outside as well. The only thing I could say is that I wish Our gate was fixed along with my apartment being cleaned and taking care of better before I moved in. The paint in the kitchen is chipping off, so it looks kind of bad, but I do have an older unit.

This is a beautiful place to live with beautiful scenery and areas for the kids to play however, the office staff is a joke. They are the hardest people to get in touch with and If you walk to the office they will more than likely be closed. They do not know how to prioritize issues and the customer service is horrible. Maintenance takes weeks if not months to get resolved. Our apartment is infested with bugs and mold due to windows and doors not being sealed and after weeks of complaints it still has not been fixed. The maintenance crew drives around smoking and I never see any work being done. Fire alarms are more than 15 years old water lines are not up to code and the list goes on and on. They let people leave trash everywhere. The dumper is always over flowing into the street because

Great place to live. Spacious grounds with most buildings surrounding a central pond. I like looking at the pond and open space rather than a parking lot or the next building. Better than many complexes which only strive to squeeze the maximum number of buildings into a small rectangle. We also have adequate parking. Maintenance is prompt. Crystal replaced my disposer the day after I entered a work order. It’s good to have maintenance properly staffed after a few lean years with excessive turnover.

DO NOT RENT HERE, they do not work with people that are disabled! I am disabled and married and also take care of my father in law. We would have been wonderful tennants but because, even though we were approved they would not work with us to be able to move in 2 DAYS before the first of the month. Instead they wanted even MORE MONEY upwards of 600 bucks on top of the extra money they charge to even get qualified. They know we are disabled and dont have a ton of money. Thats the people who you will be dealing with if you move in here!
