Pelican Lake Apartments

Because of an illness, I needed to find an apartment in one day! I saw that there were two studio apartments available for rent immediately, so I went to Pelican Lake to check it out. The manager was wonderful and even put a meeting on hold to assist me. Her administrative assistant helped me through all the paperwork, giving up her lunch hour to do it! I haven't seen such extraordinary service in years! These two women sacrificed to make sure I was able to leave with the key to the apartment on that same day! Additionally, when placing items in the dumpster after setting up the apartment, a very kind gentleman assisted me in breaking the boxes down. It turns out that he works there! He didn't have to help me, but he chose to! Yet another example of service above and beyond! The apartment

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The office staff, especially Amy and Ana, are absolutely wonderful — always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Any time I’ve had an issue, maintenance has been incredibly prompt and efficient, which makes such a big difference. One of my favorite things about this place is the beautiful view of the lake right outside my window. It’s so peaceful and adds a special touch to coming home every day. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a well-managed and scenic place to live!

I lived here for a year when I first moved down to Florida from up north. I absolutely loved it. The community pool was a big bonus, and if I ever had any issues either Ana or Amy was always on top of it to get things sorted for me. 10/10 recommend! Plus, it’s a beautiful place to live. The only reason I left was to buy, or I would’ve continued living there.

The location is perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. My apartment is quiet, and filled with natural light, with updated appliances and a great layout. If I ever had any issues Dennis, Ian, Amy and Ana were always on top of helping to get them resolved and very attentive.

I have had nothing but a good experience living at Pelican Lake Apartments. The staff and maintenance are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. While all the amenities are well kept and I like that they don’t have a breed restrictions for dogs. Over all it’s a nice place . Keep up the amazing job Pelican Lake Apartments. You’re definitely not a disappointment.
