Pegasus Property Management

I’m not sure how many phone calls it takes before they will do something about poor lawn care in their communities. I took these photos of only front yards while driving past houses on (less than half of) one street. The backyards look just as bad if not worse. I know numerous people who have made calls about the problem. I have also made calls. It’s a shame, considering the money that is paid to the property management company.

If you are a property owner and are looking for a property management company to manage your investment, know this. There is a good reason that Pegasus has a 2 rating. They are among the worst property management companies in south Florida, and I know this because I have worked in the Talent Acquisition department of one of the best, I know this business well, and I live in one of the properties they manage. Before they took over this property, there was a 2 PAGE waiting list to get into Marina del Mar, which is a beautiful property that sits right on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach Florida. Now there are close to a dozen units available at any given time. My neighbors are leaving in droves and most of them are leaving because they can’t stand this property management company. Pegasu

Ashley today conducted a resident meeting at Villa Palmeras . I was floored just how disrespectful, nasty , hostile she was to a resident. If you do not want questions or comments , there is a skilled , professional way to manage . Unbelievable , the level of mean disrespect shown by this young woman who is in fact our employee. Outrageous. .

If looking for an HOA Management company run as far away from this company as you can. They are the absolute worst! They do not respond to anything in a timely manner. They only get accounts because they are among the cheapest in town, and the old saying you get what you pay for. Half of the time when they do respond or send an email blast out, it has errors in it too. The price we pay in Florida though for living in gated communites, all HOA management companies are the worst but Pegasus Management truly takes the cake on being the worst, and my wife and I own properties in a few different communities throughout Southwest Florida, so have a few to compare to, and they are by far the worst!!!!!!
