This place shows a lot of favoritism. People are over charged for there rent and if your family or close friends you don't have to pay what your expected. An elderly lady that live there is way over charged enough she can't afford to eat. There also another person that is there living that pays way under actual cost. While others are being taken for everything they have to make up for the cost of others so others can free load. It sad bc of owner/management is not honest people and actually do there jobs. They do not care about the well being of there tenants. It is a bully system and favoritism.
The picture you have for this place is a trailer park. This is a good place to live if you have low income and disable.
Affordable housing, great landlord, friendly community, nice apartments.
