Lee Ann Mize and Sam Hatfield helped me beyond measure with buying my first home. They were both professional, knowledgeable, quick with communication. I was a first time home buyer and they were able to answer all of my questions and break everything down for me where I fully understand every aspect of the process.

I had a showing set up for Mr White and he did not show up or have the professionalism to call and cancel. When I called him and told him it cost me 50.00 dollars to have my representative be at the Farm to show him and his client around he laughed. It not only was the money but the time of my representative sitting around for an hour. When I confronted him with all this he was very rude and unprofessional. I suggest not using him as your agent. He is after one thing "Making Money".
