Kalani Jackson returned my initial call in a very timely manner; but only once. After that, I was pretty much ghosted. That's very rude. Is this the new normal? Just ignore when someone has a question about a property? Welcome to your job Ms. Jackson. Also they discriminate against Section 8 tenants, which is illegal. By the way this property appears to STILL be for rent as the ad has not been removed. You could've had 2 very good tenants with excellent credit and no criminal background with extensive experience in landscaping and property mgmt. to take care of your rental; but I guess you don't want that. Please find a new profession.

We had the worst experience with Addie at this company. She was quick to react & very pushy. She called for a rental reference on my husband and asked our former landlord a bunch of personal and professional questions about where my husband works, does he own a business, how much he gets paid etc?!?! Totally unacceptable- asking a prior landlord. We told her to immediately rescind our application. This company is so shady, sneaky and unprofessional. Look elsewhere for a legit, professional property management Co!

It is known that the rental market is extremely competitive in this area. I am sure it is beyond common for rental properties to recieve multiple applications to rent properties. Most times with probably multiple qualified applicants. Pedersen Realty believes in taking your childrens ages into account before allowing you to submit an application to rent a residential property from them. I reached out to one of the representatives of the company regarding a property to rent that was showing as available. I was asked if I had kids and how old they were. After telling the representative that their ages were 6 and almost 8, I was then told they might have already made their decision to go with another applicant. This may, or may not be common practice in the real estate world in this area
