Pecos Apartments

These apartments are good to save money rent is pretty cheap for those that are getting there ducks in a row. The Maintenance they chose to hire here at these apartments are lazy and very slow half fast workers. Window had gotten broken into and the maintenance men just put a card board over it and left half of the window open .. For a/c to escape and outside bugs to get in(moth's, mosquitoes etc.) Also they have a roach problem here. Living in fridges motors and maybe ovens. Still I haven't gotten a fridge switched out for the time I have left here. Other fellow tenants leases were up shared with me that the roach problem was in there unit and office did nothing to help with the problem . I've been waiting for maintenance to fix bathroom floor for months. Floor tile is lifted and water

Its peace ful live here with wife and kids of course saving money to get a house but yes its quite ppl are not nosey at least i have not experianced it. I would recomend for savings and first timers. Rooms are big, i give it a plus the only thing is parking since it is not assigned but that does not bother me and it shouldnt

I love this place. We live very peaceful. property very clean always. The manager very friendly, very cultured. It has several laundry rooms on the property also has a pool. I highly recommend it.

Pecos Apartments was sold as of early 2019 and is now renamed Buena Vista on Palms. They also own what was the Saint Louis Apartments next door and also renamed it Buena Vida on Palms. The leasing office for all the properties is located here.

I really did not like this place they dont even do a backround checks and management is very rude. I also had a horrible expireance with Selmo he is the one that shows the rooms he is very rude i dont know why enyone would hire him to run the Pecos Apartments!!!
