Peconic Crossing

Bewildered that this place has a 4.1 rating, because this complex is NOT good. I am afraid to leave my apartment after dark mostly due to the tenants congregating in the parking lot (yeah, &you can’t park because of them AND there’s already barely any parking). These tenants invite other types of people (homeless, and crackheads- not kidding) to the apartment complex. These non-residents infiltrate the apartment building, sleep in the stairwells amongst other creative places. My friends don’t feel safe visiting me, my daughters friends are not allowed to come here because of the riff raff outside (crackheads have went up to their windows asking for money, tenants sitting in the parking lot stare them down making them feel uncomfortable). Management is subpar. Super is awesome. moral of th

I wouldnt live there .Place full of drug dealers ny tires were slashed twice .I left before my lease was up and now they are saying me.Cops there every day.I was alone.Noisy on my floor.Its a shame.it used to be a nice place .Management does nothing.They are hardly ever there .

Beautiful brand new building! Awesome mgmt. Hopefully artfully tenanted because they have their own gallery!
