John Wesley Village II

All I can say is make sure ur apartment is complete b4 u move in . Don’t expect nothing to get done after tht . 1 maintenance man for compound . 2 hard working Spanish dudes . Barely can run John westly then brought doctors path apartments . All ole fashion no up to date look at all . Dude Tom a very racial . 13 years living there and he trying his best to get rid of me . Best part cheapest around n good folks live there management sucks . All new windows, tht don’t lock when cold . New roof /siding leaks . Just a pretty view grass trees flowers .

I have lived here almost 6 years .. You will never find nicer people then those who run John Wesley .. they are very understanding ... If you have any issues are dealt with right away !! the office staff and most of the maintenance staff are fantastic !! I’m very happy here and I highly recommend JWV !!!

It’s ok but I find it’s mostly for very old 75 to 95 no pool or club house nothing for us can’t even put out table and chairs or electric grill not really for someone 60 Long Island rent high that’s why I tried here speed bumps horrible especially if you drive over them four times a day I guess it would be ok if you like very quiet don’t work and don’t go outside of your home for days oppressive atmosphere

2 pools tables not allowed 2 use Wreck room down sized to more then half Barbeque area no light to see what your doing Grills have been cleaned in years nasty 2 giant pot holes they they will not fix upon entrance to JW2 entrance very poor management over all
