Pebble Creek Apartments

I’ve been living here for almost 5 years now. I can honestly say it’s been decent living here. Overall, after speaking with the office staff I’ve had updates done to my apartment that have made me feel like the value of what I am paying is worth it. Kathy in the office has been the most amazing leasing staff since I’ve moved in, she’s retiring soon and that makes me sad. I do hope the other staff in the office will be as helpful and respectful has she is when she’s gone. Maintenance could be better but I’ve heard they have a new team so let’s see how it goes. As for the neighborhood, it’s very quiet, I feel safe, friendly neighbors, landscaping is beautiful. It has been almost 3 years now living at Pebble Creek. It is quiet and peaceful place. Beautiful view of the lake from my apartment. Office staff is friendly and respectful. For any maintenance work at the apartment, staff responses will be quick and fix things in time.

This place is absolutely horrible now with Shari Cheick as the new manager!!! She threw all of our belongings onto the curb in the snow and told me to get a hotel! Shari told us we haven’t been paying monthly rent when I had all the paperwork to prove it. Her excuse is there was some computer glitch and somehow that’s our fault!! Something super sketchy is going on with this management system, I was told I couldn’t have corporates contact information, they just throw us out on the curb after we have been paying rent on time for 3 years! We will be seeing them in court, stay away from these evil people!! *** Shari threw a bunch of peoples belongings to the curb , not just ours!!!

Pebble Creek has been an Awesome place for me and my family to live. The staff is so friendly, professional, and an absolute pleasure. Anytime I had an issue it was resolved quickly. The grounds are kept well, I am blessed to have a beautiful tree right in front of my balcony, I sit there for hours! It’s quiet and I am close to malls, grocery stores and just about any restaurant I can think of. I have been here almost fours and I love it!

Maintance will come and do temporary fixes and I will have to call every other day. It cost me a bunch of money because I had to keep throwing out food. After almost 8 months, they finally gave me a new fridge and I had to complain a lot to get it. My neighbor, kindly bangs on my walls and door Because the walls are super thin and he believes after 9 o’clock, nobody should walk. I called and spoke to the front office about this. They told me they sent him a letter. But this behavior did not stop. Decided not to renew my lease and went month to month. Prices go up every month and finally I got a letter saying that they’ll be a $300 fee For being mo
