By far, the worst agent I ever dealt with. Cynthia was representing the seller, I represented the buyer. She was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I kept my composure because I cared about my client. I closed the deal because I know sellers don't know that's how she responded. Comes to closing in flip-flops and brags about she's the broker and I need experience. Thank God, I am not the only one who had bad experience. She has lots of bad reviews and awful reputation in the industry. Will never deal this brokerage! Ever!

I have to agree with other negative reviews. Cynthia is the most unprofessional agent ever. Not only is she a liar, she scams people by getting their hopes up and then pulls the rug out from under them. Our realtor asked her on Saturday if she was going to have a highest and best offer with a deadline. She said she wasn't going to do that and we were the only offer. We put our offer in that afternoon. Our realator called her on Monday morning and she told him we were the only bid submitted and she was submitting it to the court that morning because it was a probate thing. We have documentation of this. On Tuesday, she called our realator and said she was leaving it open for more bids. So, in other words, she never submitted it to the court, she lied. We had a cap on our offer. W

Used jim as my realtor 2 yrs ago. Poor service I had to look up all homes I wanted to see he had no listings for me. When I wanted to see the homes I had to plan out a rout to go see them all. Half of them he was late to and the others he didnt show up and just sent the code. Nothing about my home warranty was explained to me or if I even had 1. Save your time and go see someone else. Not worth your time or stress.

Jimmy Megalizzi brought clients in our home and they wore muddy shoes throughout the house. He is very unprofessional. The showing was scheduled for a 15 minute time frame and they took over an hour. Very unhappy with the way our house was left after he showed it. Would not recommend him.
