Vesper, Pearlstone and Prospect all were eager to have us close on our condo. Eager enough to have me go to a US embassy to sign the paperwork since I had a trip planned during the closing date they informed me about 30 days in advance (on a condo we've been waiting for since 2022). But NOT eager enough to figure out if the subcontractor (Service Tech) they are associated with finished the work in the unit. I would not trust any of these parties with promises they make and push to delay closing until you get every thing addressed BEFORE closing. If you are told, they have 90 days for non life safety items, have them send you screenshot you that exact clause in the contract. So much for a luxury developer & sales team. Will happily update my review if any of these folks help resolve my

This is the worst company that we have dealt with. It’s been 8 months since I got my condo in Austin and I have been dealing with Amber Reyes and never fixed all the issues that we complained about. One of the issues is to replace the damaged microwave and we are still waiting to replace it and It’s been 8 months. Everything we follow up the issue with Amber, she always gives us different reason. This company has no initiative to give you updates and we need to keep calling and emailing Amber to get an update. Until now, we are still waiting to address our issue. It’s very frustrating. This Pearlstone company doesn’t know how to take care of their customers.

Did not complete the final walk through items that they signed and promised that will be addressed. When called to fix stuff, phone calls are not picked up (we work with Amber) and no communication on when maintenance person will enter the unit to fix the items. Maintenance just comes and goes whenever they like.

They have been easy to deal with and great about communication. Even though some things have taken a little longer after moving , they’ve followed through to make sure things have gotten done correctly. Great customer service!
