Worst living experience by far. They towed my car because I didn’t move it for 2 days??? I registered that vehicle in my lease and have a valid permit. So, who knows why it got towed but now I have to deal with this. I have had multiple problems throughout my stay and the only redeeming factor for this place is the maintenance guys that do great work. I’ve had fixes get done very well and very fast, I am still waiting for a fix in a leak that started on thanksgiving though… overall not worth the money at all.

Worst apartment ever they make it look nice but it’s so bad over here they charge for any little thing the maintenance has to fix even if it’s a door that takes 20 seconds they charge $30 and I needed my floor replaced I kept asking for 6 months they never did it or came they put the floor on point before I moved in and underneath was straight concrete that was like rocks and the whole floor around my apartment was peeling. The pluming was horrible I once had to go without a toilet for days and leave to use the bathroom because. They didn’t fix it for a week they also turn off the water I’m not kidding 3 times a week for maintenance and I would get off grave yard shift I want to shower but the water was turned off literally almost everyday. Please do not live here. I moved in in July and have nothing but problems. Between a shoddy AC that then completely crapped out to a toilet backing up 4 times to management that is impossible to get a hold of, its a terrible place to live. When I moved in and submitted my move in inspection I noted a few problems. They were half adressed (ex: new AC control pannel but AC still not working well). When I submitted further requests, they were again "completed" with no noticable difference. Then, when requesting documentation, they magically didn't have my move in inspection. However when I open the link again, it shows that it was completed. Currently, I have not had AC (now heat) for over a month and with no end in sight as they say that can't take a motor from a vacant unit and the single

Terrible, terrible, terrible. My wife and I moved in here with our puppy back in September of 2024. The first few months of our stay we were extremely pleased with the staff and the management. I’m not sure what happened in the last 3 months or so, but our experience has taken a 180. In the last 2 months, we have had almost 2 full weeks where our apartment is barely livable. We have had our water shut off for days at a time, our AC out 4 different times for more than 24 hours at a time in the middle of the hottest part of the year and have had several days with no hot water causing me to be late to work. There have been 4 different occasions now where my wife and I have had to sleep elsewhere because our apartment got so hot that our dog was panting and vomiting due to the heat. I emailed
