Moved in 1 Aug 2025. New mgt as of 10 Sept, operating out of Cali. The dumpsters haven't been emptied since they took over, been spilling over since the weekend and it's now Thurs, 24 Sept. They left notices on the door their first day saying a new portal would be available soon. A week later, the only portal is where to pay the rent. Same notice provided a contact name and email. Sent an email 9 days ago, garbage disposal doesn't work. Haven't received a response to date. After calling and speaking with Holly, was advised would come by a specific date and time to check disposal. 2 days after said date, when hadn't received any info as to what figured out/next steps, called again and after several excuses about how busy they are, how they blamed previous mgt for not transferring over the t

I have made numerous attempts to contact the leasing office and maintenance team but have unfortunately been ignored. The apartment itself is wonderful and the staff seem nice enough but I need to be able to reach my leasing office within a timely manner.

I currently live here and communication with the leasing office is unbelievably and unfortunately awful. I have tried multiple times to reach out and talk with them about my lease, or maintenance and they have NEVER NOT ONCE responded back! Please fix this, it’s incredibly disappointing.

When my wife and I were searching for an apartment, we relied on Google Reviews to help us avoid problematic places. Many negative reviews highlighted maintenance issues, with reports of repairs not being made and tenants' concerns not being followed up on. I'm happy to share that our experience at Peak 42 has been quite the opposite. I made a call after hours on Monday night and left a message, and I received a callback within five minutes. They dispatched a technician, who completed the repair the very next morning. Additionally, the technician had to return three times due to my own scheduling conflicts. This level of service seems rare these days. Kudos to the management and employees at Peak 42. Thank you again!

Great place to live ! Location is convenient to shopping and parks. Fit and finish of amenities is best I’ve ever seen in an apartment. And the property manager Kiely has been responsive and competent throughout the move in process 😃!
