We’ve rented from Peak Investment Properties for the last year and just completed our renewal for another year. From the very beginning it’s always been a smooth process! When we first toured our home, it was gorgeous and clean. After living here for a year, we’ve had no issues! The application process was very straight forward, the tenant portal is easy to navigate, and the maintenance team is responsive and timely. For our renewal, Sandra was very professional and friendly. She responded to us in a timely manner and we were able to sign all the necessary documents within a few days. We’re very thankful to be renting from Peak and would highly recommend them!

Move in was ok, no issues. Before moving in there were huge holes in the walls, they fixed them immediately before moving in. They promised to clean, but just put strong air freaheners in to make it seem clean, so the place was still nasty and dirty. Going forward, maintenance has been ok, fixing issues, but the office never replies to messages or phone calls. When I moved in the front yard was/is a mess they never clean up their properties before renting, just rent them out and say the rest is your responsibility. The entry way into the complex needs fixing, you have to enter carefully or you could damage your car, the gate worked for about 3 weeks when I moved in, it was fixed and broken the next week and it has been broken every since, speaking of the entry way and parking area (fon

Marcus was a great help in getting me in a quick tour of the properties for rent and explaining the application process and what was needed. He responded to my messages and made this process very easy and smooth. I literally applied a week ago, got approved and signed and I move in this Friday!
