Peachtree Crossings Apartments

I have called, emailed, driven up here, and left google questions everyday for the last 5 months. I’m a very persistent person but obviously they could careless about filling their openings. Which if that is the case, they should stop updating their listings as “available” on various websites. The owner whose number is attached hasn’t cleared his voicemail one time within the 5 months I have been calling, so there isn’t even a way to get in contact with anyone. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.

They look very nice outside and safe. Convenient to lots in Byron. I do wish property manager was more readily available. I still couldn't get in touch with them. I am ready immediately. Maybe they need office help.

The apartments look great from the outside and seem like a quite community, however that does no good if you can never get anyone on the phone and no one is ever in the office. I have tried calling numerous times and stopping by the office to see about renting with no luck of actually speaking to someone staffed.

Really 0 stars, new owners are absolutely terrible in a 4 month period, tripled the rent without upgrading anything. They do not fix things in a timely manner. There is no pool, gym, playground, or mailboxes and they charge luxury rent prices. Terrible

Manager does not respond to inquiries regarding rentals, she will promise you the world and NEVER get back to you again. Extremely poor business management.
