Peachers Point

My daughter and her fiancé recently tried to move into Peachers Point Apartments, and it was a nightmare. Shannon, the property manager, ignored our calls prior to the move-in, despite admitting in a text that we had called multiple times. When we finally arrived, the apartment was in terrible condition – broken doors, broken cabinets, walls scuffed with dog scratches, and it was completely filthy. It was far from move-in ready. We tried calling Shannon again, and it took over 30 calls before she finally answered. She said she would get back to us and move us to a ready apartment. After nearly two hours of sitting in the heat with her ignoring and silencing our calls, we gave up. Don't rent here; you'll regret it.

My husband and I have lived here for a couple of years now. We moved in when they were brand new and when the previous owner still owned it. The previous owner was fine up until a point and I think she just got up over her head in managing the property and really stopped trying, but Byers and Harvey owns the property now and they’ve been perfectly fine. We have had no issues as far as maintenance requests and all of the appliances are still pretty new. I recommend do recommend this property as it’s pretty decent for the price and a bit more secluded compared to some other apartments and townhomes out here, and not to mention still practically brand new.

I have lived here for a few months. The place is brand new as are all of the appliances. So far everything is great.

Do not rent here! There is no management! Everyone will ignore you when you need something. You will regret living here. Stay FAR AWAY!
