Albert is the best when it comes to anything you need done outside and maintenance wise ! You tell him , he gets it done , and does such a good job at that ! Definitely goes above and beyond ! Built a new front porch and back stair case all in one day , has totally cleared my backyard out and now is redoing my bathroom floor ! Very consistent, respectful and a dedicated worker !!

These people are so shady, do NOT rent from them. Their houses are often dilapidated and dangerous, but they won’t fix anything properly. The house I was in was condemnable, but when I expressed my concerns, they never tried to correct. I attempted to go to code enforcement (which they said go ahead and call bc they have some sort of arrangement with them), and code enforcement told me to my face the place was a fire and safety hazard (windows were even screwed shut), but they continued to give them extensions even when things weren’t being fixed properly. I finally left for the safety of my family (much to my own financial hardship as they refused to give back my deposit) and shortly thereafter someone else was moved in…not more than 6 months later the house caught fire from the electrica

Mike the manager cares for the tenants! Rent payments are very economical to the point you can still make it and be in doors. Even for a person like me who moved from another state!

Mikes great, the maintenance man Albert is amazing as well you can tell he loves his job any concerns you have or anything you need done he’s the guy and he has no problem doing it!
