Mr. Pugh has taken the time to make sure that all of our concern or issues are addressed in a timely manor. We live 2 hours away from the property and he makes sure that we can feel comfortable with his company handling any concerns or issues that may arise with the property or the tenants needs or concerns. The onboarding process was simple and straightforward. He found us a good tenant to lease or property in less than three weeks. The tenants are screened and vetted.
