I also like that he elaborated more on certain concerns and made it simple to follow. You do not have to feel intimidated or act like you understand any construction issues as he is willing to explain. I also liked the fact that he took lots of pictures, got his hands dirty, and did not rush to get through the inspection. The actual generation of the report was completed promptly, which is great when you are looking to get through this process as quick and painless as possible. I highly recommend his services!
