I used John the beloved home inspector for 3 home inspection where I was looking to buy my son’s house this company was very efficient, professional,knowledgeable and honest, their reports very clear especially the repair list items form it has all recommended repairs, Their price very reasonable of course I would recommended them for anyone looking for professional and honest service !

I don't usually write reviews, but Ramy was fantastic! He will answer every question and make you feel like you are heard. He really values that as first time home buyers you have plenty of questions and he is ready to answer all of them and so kindly. He went over everything in so much detail and he truly values his clients. Overall great experience, highly recommend.

I had Ramy out for a consultation after finding some termite damage in my basement. He was extremely thorough and took a look at the entire house, taking care to explain what he was looking for and what he saw as he went along. He offered his assessment of both the short and long term issues of the house and encouraged me to ask any questions I may have still had. I would definitely recommend his services for anyone looking to buy/sell a home or who wants an honest assessment of the current state of their home.
